Account information — email address, email-verification status, user ID, display name, nickname, game name, alliance tag, and server number.

Third-Party Services
War Planner uses third-party services to provide core functionality:
Firebase Authentication
Account sign-in, email-verification links, password recovery, and authentication.
Google Sign-In
Used when you choose to sign in with Google.
Sign in with Apple
Used when you choose to sign in with Apple.
Firebase Firestore
Stores profile data, saved plans, alliance data, pacts, supporter records, and feedback.
Apple StoreKit
Processes subscriptions, free trials, purchase restoration, and one-time tips.
These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
Photos
War Planner may request access to photos only when you choose to save an exported map, team, or pact image to your photo library, or attach an image to a support message. The app does not access your photo library unless you start a photo-related action.
Purchases and Payments
New accounts receive a three-day trial that includes the iPhone app and War Planner website. After the trial, the Plus subscription provides iPhone app access only, while the Pro subscription provides both iPhone app and website access while active. Subscriptions and one-time tips are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. War Planner does not receive or store payment card numbers or Apple ID payment credentials. Purchase product identifiers, trial start time, status, and expiration may be stored or processed to provide and restore the correct access.
Data Sharing
WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Information may be processed by Firebase, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, and Apple StoreKit only as needed to provide app functionality.
Data Retention
Account data and user-created content are kept while the account remains active. You can request account deletion from inside the app. The app attempts to delete the Firebase account and associated profile, planning, alliance, pact, feedback, supporter, and nickname data immediately. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, transaction records, legal compliance, security, or Apple purchase restoration.
Your Choices
- Sign out of the app.
- Edit your profile information.
- Hide your donation amount from the supporter leaderboard.
- Restore purchases.
- Manage subscriptions through Apple.
- Request account deletion from app settings.
- Contact support with questions about your data.
Children’s Privacy
War Planner is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use Firebase and Apple platform services to help protect user accounts and app data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, the updated policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
